Triglyceride Triglycérides

 Triglycéride

Three ways to get rid of triglycerides

High triglycerides cause myocardial infarction or stroke. The level of triglycerides is high if it exceeds 1.7 grams per liter, and it is the upper limit of the standard that was set by the specialists.   The main problem while there is excessive concentration is that warning symptoms often come too late. This imposes the need for a healthy diet and lifestyle to reduce high triglycerides quickly and avoid medication. You should also consume less alcohol, eat less sugar, and lose weight by exercising

Your triglycerides are too high?

Triglycerides are essential and essential fats for the functioning of the body. It is made from the liver and also comes from the fats you eat. It is stored in adipose tissue. As with  LDL
Or bad cholesterol  , as the high concentration of triglycerides is dangerous to health. The problem is that symptoms of high triglyceride levels appear only when there is a problem with the arteries and narrow and lose approximately 75% to 90% of their functions due to atherosclerosis, a phenomenon called atherosclerosis. It has very severe consequences for physical health.

Symptoms:

Symptoms that indicate high triglycerides are few. We find pain in the chest or lower extremities, and sometimes migraines. It is a silent disease,  it is necessary to act quickly before it is too late. Where the consequences of an excess of triglycerides can be death due to cardiovascular diseases such as a stroke or heart attack.  Fortunately, most of the causes are related to lifestyle, and therefore can be changed in one way or another.

the reasons:

The high amount of triglycerides in the blood is associated with excessive consumption of alcohol and sugar, or both, and weight gain. The treatment that helps reduce them is often linked to simple nutritional measures, a fat-free diet in the case of wanting to gain weight, and choosing a healthy lifestyle except for a pattern Stable life. An increase in these fats in the blood can cause pancreatitis and increase the rates of fatal cardiovascular accidents, such as myocardial infarction or stroke. The first complications are vasomotor disorders, ulceration, aneurysm, blockage.

How to reduce triglycerides?

Stop drinking alcohol      offering an anti-fat diet      avoid sugary products      playing sports

·                     You can see your doctor to see if a diet is right for you compared to others and if you need medication.

Reduce, or stop drinking alcohol:

Alcohol promotes the production of triglycerides in the liver. Therefore it is important to reduce or stop consuming it, which includes wine, beer, appetizers, apple juice, and foods that contain alcohol in high proportions.

1) Respecting an anti-fat diet:

If you are overweight, dieting to lose a few pounds will lower your triglycerides.   For this reason, avoid eating too many saturated and trans fats such as lard, butter, ghee, cheese and pastries. Saturated fatty acids have their place in our diet but should be consumed in moderate measure.   Eat at least 3 balanced meals a day. If you are normal, do not follow a fat-free or low-fat diet. Remember that triglycerides are mostly made of sugars and alcohol. You can replace meat with locally caught fish such as mackerel, herring and sardines. Avoid farmed fatty fish like salmon. Good quality salmon fats will help reduce levels of triglycerides, but unfortunately these fish are contaminated by pesticides all over the world and are therefore unhealthy to consume.

·                     Eat starchy foods in moderation

Never remove starchy foods like pasta, rice, potatoes, beans, and bread from your diet forever. In fact, you won't get better results, but you risk hypoglycemia! If you have diabetes, a correct balance of blood glucose levels is necessary for low triglycerides in your blood. If these measures are not enough, your doctor may need to prescribe additional drug treatment.

2) Avoid sweet products:

If you do not drink alcohol and your normal weight, reduce your consumption of sweet foods because it boosts the production of triglycerides.      It will be necessary to have low sugar on the table, such as honey, and foods such as pastries, chocolate, biscuits, ice cream, soft drinks, creams, jams, fruit syrups, sweet drinks ... in fact all sugar, sweet products and simple carbohydrates that are not necessary to achieve nutritional balance.

3) Exercise:

Exercise also lowers levels of triglycerides in the blood. Like moderate speed running, it is the perfect sport to start with. As there are 3 studies that confirm that regular exercise significantly reduces the levels of triglycerides and bad cholesterol while increasing the good cholesterol. Sports training can lower blood cholesterol levels by 12%, triglycerides by 22% and high blood pressure by 10%.
